What to look for
25 seconds from the air is enough to see what still photos flatten: how the deck sits against the house and the lot, how the levels connect, and where the roofline lands. Watch for:
- The two-tone Trex Transcend layout: warm field boards framed by a dark picture-frame border.
- Black aluminum picket railing running the full wraparound perimeter.
- The covered patio and outdoor kitchen tucked underneath the upper deck, with the hot tub below.
- The steel spiral staircase that ties the two levels together on the sloped lot.
